Chasselas unfiltered

Unfiltered Chasselas is aged on its lees in barrels in February, without filtration. It is characterized by a soft, subtle floral note, and is particularly popular with ladies, making it an excellent aperitif wine.

Serving temperature 8-10 degrees.
